"Bodyweight HIIT Workout"

Check it out girls...I have a super simple yep effective bodyweight HIIT workout for you!  You need to set your timer (I use Seconds Pro App) to the following intervals and you will be doing 5 rounds.  Complete the below with little to no rest 😈

60 sec - Skipping (Pretend or Step ups if you don't have a skipping rope)

50 sec Parallell Squat + Pulse

40 sec Frog Jumps

30 sec Manmakers (You can do these off an incline if you have Diastasis Recti)

20 sec Sumo Squat + Knee Pull

10 sec Mountain Climbers (You can do these off an incline if you have Diastasis Recti)

Make sure you warm up and cool down and finish with a stretch.
