"When you feel like quitting, think about why you started"
There are many reasons why people decide to change their lifestyle habits and make healthier choices in and around their health and fitness.
Some have a health scare, others may have lost someone close to them due to health problems, maybe there is a predisposition to illness/disease due to genetics, injury, low energy levels, lack of motivation or you may generally have low self esteem about the way you look or feel. The list of reasons are endless.
What's important is that you know "YOUR personal reasons" for changing habits and when you feel like quitting or giving up, pause, take a a moment and think about why you started the journey in the first place??
