"My Granola Recipe"

Family friendly, Gluten & Sugar Free Friendly, Super Simple and Oh so Delicious!!!


1 Cup Quiona Flakes (you can use Oats instead)

Β½ cup Coconut Flakes

ΒΎ cup of mixed nuts/seeds

ΒΌ cup Chia Seeds

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (add in an extra Tbsp if you aren’t using Rice Bran Malt Syrup)

1 Tbsp Rice Bran Malt Syrup (optional)


Mix all ingredients in a bowl then spread out evenly on a baking tray and cook in the oven at 120 degrees for 25-30 min.

Enjoy with your choice of milk/yoghurt!
