"Holiday Backyard Workout"
This weeks #workoutwednesday comes to you from the backyard of the holiday house we stayed at this long weekend! You can do this workout bodyweight or grab whatever you have, Dumbbells, sandbag, 1L plastic milk bottles filled with water (not milk 😜), a child 👫 😂
After a 5 min warm up complete 50, then 40, 30, 20, 10 reps of:
🔺 Front Squat
🔺 Plank Knee to Elbow (these can be done off an incline)
🔺 Burpee (these can be done off an incline)
🔺 Lunges (these are total reps and can be done static ie half the number of reps on one side followed by the remaining reps on the other side)
🔺 With 1 min Russian Twists in between each round.
Finish with a cool down and stretch!
