"Protein pizza base"

I love Friday night pizza!

Wouldn’t you just love to have pizza night without the calories! I found the answer and it’s delicious! 
 
Pizza Protein Base (purchased from protein bread co) contains –
Golden flaxseed
Lupin
Almond meal
Kibbled sunflower
Whey protein
Sesame seeds
Herbs
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
 
37g protein per 100g
4.6g carbs per 100g
2.5g sugar per 100g
 
Simply mix 80g of protein mix with 3 large eggs and water. Allow to thicken for 5 mins and spread over baking paper on pizza tray and blind bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins flipping over halfway.
 
When golden brown take it out and spread with your favourite pizza toppings and pop back in the oven until cheese is melted.
 
I used, tomato paste, lots of fresh mozzarella cheese, roasted red onion & eggplant, baby spinach and left over tandoori chicken. Top with blobs of garlic yoghurt after cooking!Nom Nom.
