"All about shoulders"

This is a great workout for the upper body and abs. By the time you finish this one, your shoulders will definitely be feeling it!

All you need is a skipping rope and timer. 

Set your timer for 3 mins and start skipping. After 3 mins you will complete 1 rep of each of the exercises listed below, then 2 of each, 3, 4 and so on until you get up to 10 reps.

Commence skipping for another 3 mins then when you are done, complete 10 reps of the same 3 exercises, then 9, 8, all the way back down to 1.

Finish off with 3 mins of skipping and cool down stretching chest, quads, shoulders and biceps.

3.       Burpees
