Workout Wednesday

"No Equipment HIIT workout"

Welcome to #workoutwednesday!  Today we have a HIIT sesh for you!  Set your timer to 50 seconds working and 10 seconds rest.  You will complete 4 exercises, 4-5 rounds through depending on your fitness and time.

Set up 4 cones or markers as I have in the video and complete:

Travelling lunge with side shuffle
Inch worm with a side push up
Skaters
High Plank with side leg taps

Make sure you warm up before and stretch to finish!
