"Burpee Fitness Challenge"

Hell yes! I am in love with this #workoutwednesday! Why might this be? Because it is all about my favourite exercise...the burpee ๐Ÿ˜ˆ 

It is a great finisher that you can do after your workout to empty the tank or if you have a spare 10-15 minutes make sure you warm up and give this a crack...

1st minute complete 8 Burpees

2nd minute - 10 Burpees

3rd minute - 12 Burpees

4th minute - 14 Burpees

5th minute - 16 Burpees etc 

If you need to modify your Burpee for whatever reason you can start the reps from e.g. 6 and do your Burpee off a raised step and/or rather than jumping out into the high plank position, step out and back in.
