"San Choy Bow"

What's for dinner tonight??

For a quick easy meal that so delicious and nutritious, I can't go past a good San Choy Bow. The best thing is, you can make double and freeze it for another time. Thumbs up for busy families.

I only used 1 tbs of honey. You could omit it altogether and it would still taste great.
