"Tomorrow is a new day"

I absolutely love this quote. It's a true reminder that nobody is perfect and nor do you need to be.  Some days just don't go to plan! You can set yourself a goal and you may not achieve it for several days, or weeks even.

It's ok! :)

Just because you didn't achieve what you set out to accomplish, doesn't mean you have failed or this is the way it's going to be! You simply reset your positivity.
Go to bed with the intention to kick your goal the next day and spring out of bed with a "Hell Yes!"

That's all it takes! Over and over until you make it.You have to believe it.
