Our runs are open to all members and non members. Whether you are training for your next running event or just starting out we would love to have you along. Sometimes we meet during the week but generally on a Sunday morning - it is a great way to start the day and a good incentive to not let your Saturday night not get too crazy! Current members can just notify Dani or Jess and non members can contact us here to register your interest.
