Oh I love a good HIIT workout!
For this workout you will need a chair or high step, an interval app for your timer and heaps of determination!! It should take you no longer than 30 mins to complete.
Have fun with this one! Get a training buddy and smash it out in your backyard! Give it 100% for 40 secs than recover for 20 secs. No excuses.........
You have 4 rounds and each round has alternating exercise 1 & 2 for 6 mins. 40 secs hard out and 20 secs rest. You will end up doing 3 rounds of each exercise in 6 mins.
Starting in 3, 2, 1, GO!!
Complete 3 mins of skipping with a rope or a short run to warm up :)
1. Fast Jacks (or side taps)
2. Burpees (or sprinting on the spot)
1. Alternating fwd lunges
2. Frog jumps
1. Skaters (or step touch)
2. Tricep dips off chair
1. Push - ups (toes, knees or standing against wall)
2. Criss Cross (or reverse curl -lower abs)
Stretch legs, butt, triceps and chest..
