Turmeric Latte

"Warm the soul"

One of our new favs!  This cup of warm delicious goodness is a fabulous anti-inflammatory and perfect to warm the soul on a chilly day!

Ingredients:

250ml of unsweetened Almond & Coconut Milk (or whatever milk option you prefer)

1 teaspoon freshly grated Turmeric

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon .

1 teaspoon freshly grated Ginger

1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil or MCT Oil

Pinch of ground Pepper

Add sweetner as required (I use a dash of Agave)

Method:

Gently warm the Milk in a saucepan (be careful not to let it boil).  Add the Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, Pepper and lastly add your choice of Oil.  Use a wire whisk to mix.  Pour into your favourite cup and sprinkle with Cinnamon if you choose.
