"Love your body"

Im not ashamed to say that I love my body!  Yep, even my curves, cellulite, scars, moles, the whole lot..

Yes there are some days that I look in the mirror and think oh I wish I could change this or that but thankfully these thoughts are less frequent than in years gone by.  I feel blessed to have realised that hating my body is unproductive, incredibly and brutally consuming and these thoughts simply spiral us further and further away from a place of happiness…seriously who has time for that anyways... Life is too short, life is what is happening right now, this very moment, you can choose to hate yourself or love yourself.

Ive chosen to love myself and in doing so:

♥️ I exercise for fitness, strength and health and I freaking love it! 

♥️ I fuel my body as well as enjoy a few cheeky delights 😉

♥️ I never shy away from situations because I am ashamed of my body.

♥️ I practice speaking kindly to myself, like I would speak to my best friend or my own child.    

♥️ I hold my head up high and I feel free!

Why am I sharing this with you? 

Because I know the happiness and contentment that comes with being proud of your body and loving yourself and I want every one of you beauties to experience this same freedom.

Life is too short ladies, love yourself and the rest will fall into place, I promise ✌🏼️
