WARNING!!! This weeks #workoutwednesday is a gasser!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE a descending ladder and this one is no exception! It may seem easy at first but if you are moving with pace through the movements it will have you on the floor when you finish!
All you will need is a Kettlebell or a Dumbbell.
After warming up you will complete:
20 Jump Squats (or you can modify to a Squat)
20 Kettlebell or Dumbbell swings (or you can modify to an upright row)
19 Jump Squats
19 Kettlebell or Dumbbell swings
18 Jump Squats (or you can modify to a Squat)
18 Kettlebell or Dumbbell swings
and so on, until you reach 2 reps of each movement!
Finish with a 2 minute plank and you are done!!! BOOM!
It is important that you maintain good form throughout this workout as there are a lot of repetitions of each movement. If you are quite fit you can expect to smash this out in about 20 minutes!
