"Bodyweight Playground Workout"
This weeks #workoutwednesday is a great snappy workout you can do anywhere!
You need to pick 3 exercises. Today I chose, Box Jumps, Pushups and Dips.
Complete 21 reps of each of these exercises, then 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 and you’ve got yourself a kick arse workout!
Make sure you modify as needed and warm up and cool down, finishing with a stretch.
