Workout Wednesday

"Cardio Blast & Sprint Workout"

This is another fab workout you can do anywhere with no equipment.  There are sprints but if you can't leave the house you could substitute it for 40 seconds of fast skipping or step ups.  Check out the You Tube video for demonstrations and further explanation.

DRILL A

6 x 180 degree Squat Jumps (or Squat Rotations)

Sprint 30-40m and jog back

Repeat 5 times

CARDIO BLAST

20 x High Knees

20 x Jacks

20 x Bum Kicks

20 x Ankle taps

DRILL B

6 x Double Lunges (Each Side)

Sprint 30-40m and jog back

Repeat 5 times

REPEAT CARDIO BLAST

DRILL C

12 x Push Ups (Choose your level)

Sprint 30-40m and jog back

Repeat 5 times

REPEAT CARDIO BLAST
