"A Stellar Stair Workout"
Watch out girls...this one is a burner I've suggested 10 rounds for this workout and that is completely doable, if however you feel your form is being compromised due to fatigue then please reduce this number. On the other hand, if your form is spot on but you are feeling the burn and considering cutting this workout short...think about what I might say to you if I was there training you!
Complete 10 rounds of...
10 x Lunges (each side)
10 x Pushups
10 x Inline Squat with Extension (each side)
Finish with a length of Stair Squat Jumps!
Make sure you take the time to do a warm up, cool down and have a stretch afterwards.
