"Lemon + Cinnamon Lamb Shanks"

I personally made this lamb shank recipe a few days ago and it is too good not to share.

Slow cooked shank served with creamed cauliflower and greens of your choice. What's not to love :)

I had a shank left over so the next night, I shredded the lamb, and tossed it through 100g of wholemeal pasta with some liquid from the slow cook also adding baby spinach, thinly sliced zucchini, split green olives, 1tbs Gremolata and Parmesan cheese!

Two meals from one slow cook! Love it!

Note - To make Creamed Cauliflower simmer 1/2 cup full fat cream, 1/2 Cauliflower head (cut into small pieces) and pinch salt until super soft and blend to smooth.
