"Bodyweight Holiday Workout"

Its school holidays next week girls and this is the perfect workout for you to do if you are heading away, or even if you are not, it is one that you can smash out anywhere with no equipment! 

You can substitute the the run of approx 100-200m for 1 minute of Step ups, Skipping or Jacks.  You will also need to decide on your level for the Push-up and Burpee, and if needed you can make the Burpee low impact by stepping the feet in and out rather than jumping.

When you have done your warm up you will complete the following:


21 Pushups

21 Burpees

21 Squats


18 Pushups

18 Burpees

18 Squats


15 Pushups

15 Burpees

15 Squats


12 Pushups

12 Burpees

12 Squats


9 Pushups

9 Burpees

9 Squats


6 Pushups

6 Burpees

6 Squats


3 Pushups

3 Burpees

3 Squats

and….collapse on your mat ;)
