/"Bliss Balls"
After much request from our girls here are the recipes for the Stellar birthday bliss balls last week.
Cocoa and Nut
Ingredients
180g Dates
2 TBS Chia Seeds
120g Mixed Nuts of choice (i used almonds & cashews)
60g of Sunflower seeds
1TBS Pure Cocoa powder
2TBS Chocolate protein powder (I use protein supplies Australia)
1- 2 TBS Coconut Oil
Desiccated coconut for rolling
Method
Place everything in a food processor and blend for 60-90 secs
Using a TBS measure and roll into balls and roll in coconut
Refrigerate
