Did someone say Ice-cream?
Hot summer days always calls for ice-cream!!
I am a huge fan but not so keen on foods with added colour, flavours, preservatives and loaded sugar!
Check out one of my favourite healthy ice-cream’s using only 3 ingredients that can be ready in a jiffy for impatient kiddies this hot summer’s day!
¾ c plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2½ c frozen mango (fresh mango pre frozen or you can buy a packet of frozen mango)
1. COMBINE all the ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
2. SERVE immediately.
Here is a link to many other variations of healthy ice-cream recipes. I would halve the maple syrup amounts, replace with rice malt syrup or leave out all together
