Workout Wednesday


Here is a 4 part workout for a little bit of fun in the sun β˜€οΈπŸ’¦

βœ–οΈ 2km beach run

βœ–οΈ 4 rounds of:
20 Burpees
20 Air Squats
20 Kick threws
20 Skaters

βœ–οΈ100 walking lunges πŸ‘

βœ–οΈ200m Ocean Swim (when I don't have safety in numbers, I stay in close to the shore and go along the beach to avoid running into some πŸ¦ˆπŸ™Š).

Adjust run and swim distances as needed.
