"⛱BEACH WORKOUT" ⛱
Here is a 4 part workout for a little bit of fun in the sun ☀️💦
✖️ 2km beach run
✖️ 4 rounds of:
20 Air Squats
20 Kick threws
✖️100 walking lunges 🍑
✖️200m Ocean Swim (when I don't have safety in numbers, I stay in close to the shore and go along the beach to avoid running into some 🦈🙊).
Adjust run and swim distances as needed.
