Post Workout Shake!

This is the only green eyed monster that should be making an appearance in our day!

Simply add these ingredients into your blender to create one of my favourite go to magic Post workout shakes👌🏼

✖️ Ice
✖️ Coconut Water
✖️ Scoop of Protein Powder (For this smoothie I use Coconut or Himalayan Salted Caramel by Prana On)
✖️ Teaspoon Chia Seeds
✖️ Tablespoon LSA
✖️ 1/4 Avocado
✖️ 2 tablespoons of oats
✖️ Optional…Scoop of Pharma Greens (or whatever Greens powder to use to boost your vitamin and fiber intake)
