"All about the Bowls"
I am all about Bowls at the moment! It is such an easy peasy way to create a nutritious meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just throw ingredients that you have in your fridge be it raw, cooked or even leftovers into your bowl or tupperware (if you are out and about or off to work) and bobs your uncle!
You might think that somethings are traditionally “meant” to go together but trust me I haven’t met a combination that I didn’t love!
No recipe here, just think, Protein, Veggies and Fats (avo, oil, cheese, nuts) and try and step out of your usual choices - my new fav is raw snap peas!
So simple and delicious!
