Give this challenging bodyweight workout a crack!
Complete 4 rounds of:
20 x Travelling plank
10 x Stellar Lunges (5 each side)
5 x Roll ups + tuck
10 x Spider-Man push-ups (5 each side)
20 x Burpee + shuffle
100 skips or 200m run or 1 min step ups
Make sure you modify where needed, warm up, cool down and stretch afterwards.
