Workout Wednesday
/"Heart Racing Core Finisher!"
One of my favs! Complete it as a finisher or as a snappy workout when you are short on time and want to get the heart rate up and core work work workin’ 🙌🏼
At the start of every minute for 10 minutes complete:
5 burpees then go straight into a plank to 45 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds and then go into your next round of 5 burpees at the start of the next minute and then your plank to 45 seconds. Repeat this sequence for 10 minutes.
Starts easy but don’t be fooled!
