Let’s take a look at why this might be so 🤔

Your average weekend might involve less activity and eating/drinking more than normal. All of these things take a toll on you physically, which is why we often don’t feel good about ourselves on Monday morning 😔

People also see Mondays as the best day to change something about themselves. You are more likely to consider (or actually start) a new fitness/nutrition regime on the first day of the week, as well as quit smoking. While these are positive changes in the right direction, they are often unknown territory and a little bit daunting, they come from a place of feeling bad about yourself and your health, which contributes to that blah Monday feeling 😖

For me, Mondays are exciting. It means a new week of opportunities, growth and expansion in my own personal health/fitness/career journey and a busy day programming workouts for the week ahead to help our amazing women reach their goals. It presents new beginnings for everyone 😇🙌

Whether your Monday blues are a result of disliking your career, feeling low about yourself and your actions over the weekend or simply fear of embarking on a journey to the unknown, be rest assured if you change your thoughts and attitude towards Monday and see this day as a chance to reset yourself and work towards your ultimate goals and the opportunities waiting for you to embrace them – Monday will feel amazing 🤗👯
