This is my favourite summer cocktail at the moment! 👌🏻🍓
If you are hosting NYE, it’s an absolute winner!
1 cup sliced strawberries
a dash of sugar, to taste (I don’t add sugar)
1 bottle dry pinot rosé
45ml sweet vermouth
1️⃣Place strawberries in a blender and blitz. Add sugar to taste, if the strawberries are too bitter, and blitz again.
2️⃣Mix rosé, vermouth and strawberries together. Pour into a deep dish and place in the freezer.
3️⃣Stir with a fork every 30 minutes until the mixture reaches frozen slushie consistency. Drink.
Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
