Fuel Friday


This is my favourite summer cocktail at the moment! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ“
If you are hosting NYE, itโ€™s an absolute winner!

Ingredients ๐Ÿ“ƒ

1 cup sliced strawberries
a dash of sugar, to taste (I donโ€™t add sugar)
1 bottle dry pinot rosรฉ
45ml sweet vermouth

Method ๐Ÿ“•

1๏ธโƒฃPlace strawberries in a blender and blitz. Add sugar to taste, if the strawberries are too bitter, and blitz again.
2๏ธโƒฃMix rosรฉ, vermouth and strawberries together. Pour into a deep dish and place in the freezer.
3๏ธโƒฃStir with a fork every 30 minutes until the mixture reaches frozen slushie consistency. Drink.

Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
