"Getting in the zone...."

Anyone else go to their own little place in their head when they exercise?  As much as it can mentally and physically hurt at the time, when you give a workout your 100% attention and approach it with intent, the rewards far outweigh the pain.

Exercise for endorphins, health and strength not to burn calories or compensate for what you have eaten 🙌🏼
