Your children do what they see...so make sure they see you doing something awesome! I had loads of fun with my amazing team at this competition yesterday! So proud that not only does Ella see that I make movement and health a priority for myself but also that she has witnessed Dani and I creating the Stellar community for women to do the same 🙌🏼
