All you need for this snappy workout is a chair. Soooo, no excuses right?? 🤔
Complete 3-4 sets of the following –
50 x jacks or side taps
30 x squats or squat jumps
30 x tricep dips (bent or straight legs)
10 x tricep pushups (incline or decline off chair)
10 x Bulgarian lunge (option to do on the ground) each leg
Alternative options also demonstrated in video.
Please remember to cool down with static stretching for legs, glutes, triceps and chest.
P.s Have fun, work as fast and as intensely as you can each set and most importantly with good form and take a rest in between sets if needed 😘
