"Hill Workout"

Ooooooh dang!  You have no idea how much this burned...but the Seven Nation Army couldn't hold me back ;)

Check it out peeps!  Find an incline, this looks like its a bit of a poor incline but trust me its all in the angles, it was steep!  

Sprint up + recovery back down

Bear crawl up (stay low low low) + recovery back down

Military Lunge up

20 Squat Jumps

10 breaths in Squat Hold

Repeat x 5 ohhhhh sh#t!  Id be lying if I told you this was a walk in a park!
