"Super simple Smoothie Bowl"

Takeaway Bali styles!  I always enjoy a smoothie bowl when Im away but I also love to create them at home because despite being super simple, they seriously rock my day! 

One of my go to mixes is:

1/2 frozen Banana

170 grams frozen berries

3 Tablespoons of Coconut Milk or you could use Almond Milk or a liquid of your choice.

Blend!  It really is as simple as that.

Then you can add your toppings as desired.  I love using some delicious fresh fruit, coconut flakes, chia seeds and granola….delicious!
