With form as a priority, complete as many reps as possible of the following 3 movements in the reducing timeframes. After each set you will complete the Sprint, High Knees or Steps ups and Plank for 1 minute.

Squats 1 min
Pushup 1 min

Sprint 200m or High Knees/Step ups for 1 min
Plank 1 min

Jacks 40 sec
Squats 40 sec
Pushup 40 sec

Sprint 200m or High Knees/Step ups for 1 min

Squats 20 sec
