Workout Wednesday

"Full Body Dumbbell Workout"

After warming up (I did 5min on the treadmill at level 8 followed by some mobility)...

Complete 40 reps of:
Dumbbell swing
Goblet squat
Dumbbell press
Then a 5 meter Spiderman crawl

Followed by 30, 20, 10 reps of each exercise and the 5 meter Spiderman crawl in between each one.

Pick a weight that is challenging πŸ˜‰ As a gauge, you may need to break the 40 and 30 rep round up but the 20 and 10 rep rounds you should be able to do unbroken as a struggle but with good form πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
