I've been getting back into kettlebells lately so thought I'd throw this challenging workout out there for anyone who shares the love 😍
No kettlebell?? No worries, you could also do this workout with a dumbbell too particularly if you are familiar with these movements.
Repeat through movements for 16min resting when needed and trust me you will need to rest 😉
16 x Swing
16 x Snatch (8 each side)
16 x Row (8 each side)
16 x Squat Clean + Press (8 each side)
If you are comfortable with these movements I suggest keeping an eye on the time and check how long each round is taking - as long as you are keeping form I would try to try to maintain your pace.
