Time to get HARD CORE! πŸ’ͺ

This is a great one to do at home. All you will need a low step and a skipping rope πŸ‘

βœ… Begin your workout with a 2 min skipping round (alternatively you can substitute for a run).

βœ… Use a seconds pro timer to set up HIIT 45 secs high intensity & 15 secs rest in between exercises πŸ˜€

βœ… Complete the following exercises with your HIIT timer on and a 2 min skip after each round – Do 3-4 sets

1. Toe Taps

2. Box jumps

3. Mountain climbers

4. Fast Step ups

5. Burpee + straddle box jump

6. Ski jumps (you can do this over the skipping rope as an option)

βœ… 2 mins skipping ⏰

βœ… Don’t forget to stretch all major muscles in your legs and shoulders.
