Rather than eating certain foods that make me feel bloated, I try to steer towards alternatives that taste just as good 👌🏼 That way when hubby is eating his magnum after dinner (no we aren't a household full of just kale, green juices and quinoa 😜) I don't feel like I'm missing out.
This one is a great after dinner treat or snack through the day. Mix a scoop of your favourite protein powder and yoghurt, top with some shredded coconut, berries and seeds and you got yourself something that I believe is more scrumptious than anything from an ice cream shop 🍦🍨😉 I've used Rich Chocolate Prana Protein and Evia Greek Yoghurt but you can use your own favourites!
PS - its even more nutritious if consumed whilst wearing your activewear! The less clothing the healthier
