"Travelling Torture"

Yippee! I love this workout ๐Ÿ‘ฏ๐Ÿ‘

I like to call it travelling torture ๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿคฃ

In this workout you will have 2 cones approx. 20m apart calling them cone 1 & 2. For demonstration purposes in the video, I only have about 5 metres so you can imagine how challenging it is for a 20m distance. You can make the distance shorther eg. 10m or reduce the rounds OR make it harder eg. 30m apart OR increase the rounds โฌ†๏ธโฌ‡๏ธ

Please always remember to warm up before hand with things such as walking deep lunges stretching out the hip flexors, pushups to warm up the shoulders and a few static stretches into the hips and shoulders before you begin. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Like all workouts with Stellar, please actively slide your shoulders away from your ears and align your shoulders over your wrists when weight bearing, connect your pelican floor and core muscles and work within your capacity. Take as rest between rounds if required ๐Ÿ˜€

So letโ€™s begin ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿ”บFrom cone 1, gorilla hop across to cone 2

๐Ÿ”บFrom cone 2, pop back and walk hands to feet all the way back to cone 1

๐Ÿ”บFrom cone 1, burpee into broad jump across to cone 2

๐Ÿ”บFrom cone 2, complete walking lunges back to cone 1

You have completed 1 round, 9 to go ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Once you are done you can smash out 100 tricep dips broken up as you wish for a finisher or not ๐Ÿ˜œ

Please stretch all muscles in the legs, glutes, shoulders and triceps (if you took the finisher challenge) and give yourself a pat on the back. No easy workout and you nailed it ๐Ÿ‘
