"Short on space??"
Give this on the spot <20 min core workout a crack this week!
Complete each of the below exercises (including the rest) for 60 seconds. Once completed repeat but for 40 seconds. Then 20 seconds, 40 seconds and finish with 60 seconds:
1. Kick threws
2. Toes to sky
3. Plank leg lifts
4. Squat + knee pull
Regress any movements where needed and make sure you warm up, cool down and stretch afterwards.
