"Absolute Burner"

This workout is an absolute burner! 🔥🔥🔥Yeeeoooww! 💪

I love a quick workout that gets the job done! Now we are talking 👯

No equipment required so it's a great workout to do wherever you are enjoying the school holidays 😜

Over 4 rounds, always start with a 1 min plank!

After each plank hold, do your push ups and burpee to squat hold starting at 20 reps of both exercises in the first round, then 15, 10 and finishing with 5 reps ⬇️⬇️⬇️

🔺1 min plank (knees or toes)
🔺Push ups (knees or toes – hands under shoulders)
🔺Burpee to squat hold (see video for exercise modification options)

Always remember to warm up, work at your own pace, recruit your abdominals through the workout and cool down with stretching 👍
