"Burpee Box Jump HIIT"

Love Love Love this one! Make sure you give it a crack if you are unable to get to your Stellar session this week or if you just want to add in an extra workout because your awesome!

Complete:

20 Box Jumps

20 Burpees

200m Sprint

Rest 1 min

Repeat 8 times

As mentioned in the video it is very important that you need that 1 minute rest – you should be wishing there was more rest in fact!

Make sure you modify where needed, warm up, cool down and stretch afterwards.
