"HIIT training"

Here is a great little HIIT workout you could do in a hotel gym or even in your backyard if you have a step. A low bench in the park would also work. You can do the workout without weights but if you have them, bonus! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Warm up with a short 5 min jog or jog ups on the step (2 ยฝ mins each leg) ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ
Set a timer (I use seconds pro) to be 45 secs on and 15 secs rest. Complete the following 7 exercises in a row/3 rounds.
Rest a little longer at the end of the 1st and 2nd round if needed ๐Ÿ‘

1๏ธโƒฃ Toe taps on the step (you can take the bounce out and keep it low impact)
2๏ธโƒฃ Step ups with bicep curl
3๏ธโƒฃ Burpee to box jump (step up/down if you donโ€™t want to jump)
4๏ธโƒฃ Weighted reverse lunges off the step
5๏ธโƒฃ Frog jumps on the step (you can do them off the step if preferred)
6๏ธโƒฃ Mountain climbers
7๏ธโƒฃ Pushups (drop to your knees if preferred)

Complete 3 rounds of all 7 exercises.

๐Ÿ”บGo as hard as you can for the 45 secs with good technique remembering to engage your core, set your position properly before starting the exercise, breathe and be sure to stretch all major muscle groups after your workout.
