"Water workout"

When it’s too hot to fathom exercise 🔥😫🤔

Try this trusty little water workout💦 😎🏊‍♀️
It’s fun for the whole family - even the kids 👍

🔹Start by treading water in the deep end for 3 mins 👌🏻

🔹Then complete the following exercises –

🔺30 x squats
🔺20 x double pulse split lunges (10 each leg)
🔺10 x pushups (you can have your knees on the ground as an option)
🔺Swim 100m as fast as you can in the stroke of your choice (I had to do 10 laps as my pool is only 10m)
🔺200 x straight leg kicks (don’t bend knees)
🔺10 x double leg push throughs in deep water (fwd and back = 1)
🔺10 x pool push ups (these are hard so go at your own pace)
🔺10 x tricep dips (rest the soles of your feet against the pool wall and bend your knees)
🔺10 x double leg lowers

Repeat 2 – 3 rounds starting back at the squats 🤗
