Try this trusty little water workoutπŸ’¦ πŸ˜ŽπŸŠβ€β™€οΈ
It’s fun for the whole family - even the kids πŸ‘

πŸ”ΉStart by treading water in the deep end for 3 mins πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

πŸ”ΉThen complete the following exercises –

πŸ”Ί30 x squats
πŸ”Ί20 x double pulse split lunges (10 each leg)
πŸ”Ί10 x pushups (you can have your knees on the ground as an option)
πŸ”ΊSwim 100m as fast as you can in the stroke of your choice (I had to do 10 laps as my pool is only 10m)
πŸ”Ί200 x straight leg kicks (don’t bend knees)
πŸ”Ί10 x double leg push throughs in deep water (fwd and back = 1)
πŸ”Ί10 x pool push ups (these are hard so go at your own pace)
πŸ”Ί10 x tricep dips (rest the soles of your feet against the pool wall and bend your knees)
πŸ”Ί10 x double leg lowers

Repeat 2 – 3 rounds starting back at the squats πŸ€—
