Workout Wednesday
/"Holiday Beach Workout!"
I am an absolute sweaty mess but had to share this workout with you!
1km run (record your time)
Rest 2 min
At the start of every minute for 10 minutes complete:
6 Burpees, 8 Pushups, 10 Air Squats rest for the remainder of the minute (what's left of it lol) and repeat.
Rest 2 min
Repeat 1km run (or the same distance that you did at the start of the workout - try to beat your time!)
