Workout Wednesday

This workout is a great one you can do when you are short on time or you can add it onto your workout as a finisher πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ It will take max 10 minutes! 

EMOM (Every minute on the minute) you will perform a set number of lunges, when completed rest till the next minute. 

1st min - 12 reps

2nd min - 14 reps

3rd min - 16 reps and so on, increasing by 2 reps each minute until you cant complete the reps within that minute. 

To make this more challenging you can add weights 😬

I failed on my set of 28 reps where my legs felt like bricks and I couldn’t move them anymore.
