"Flaxseed porridge"

We recently attended her pure life retreat in Byron Bay and was introduced to this dish.

This stuff for brekky is the absolute bomb 💣Works like an intensional broom and it’s high in omega 3, protein and good fats. Give it a go! 👍

✔️Need something to keep you regular
✔️Looking for a grain free breakfast option
✔️Dairy free

🔺Blitz 1 cup of flaxseed and 1/2 cup black chia seeds in blender just to break up flaxseed a little bit don't pulverise
🔺Put in saucepan and add 1 cup of desiccated coconut and 3 cups of coconut almond milk + a few drops stevia.
🔺Heat through until it starts to thicken up and add more milk as needed to you get desired consistency.

🔺Serve in bowl and top with 1 Tbs of coyo coconut yoghurt 🥥

Other topping options-
🔺sugar free maple syrup 🍯
🔺Berries 🍓🍓
🔺Puréed frozen berries and nuts
🔺Dollop of peanut butter

This amount will serve 4-6 people depending on your serving size. It's very filling 😋
