"Flaxseed porridge"

This stuff for brekky is the absolute bomb ๐Ÿ’ฃWorks like an intensional broom and itโ€™s high in omega 3, protein and good fats. Give it a go! ๐Ÿ‘

๐Ÿ”บBlitz 1 cup of flaxseed and 1/2 cup black chia seeds in blender just to break up flaxseed a little bit don't pulverise
๐Ÿ”บPut in saucepan and add 1 cup of desiccated coconut and 3 cups of coconut almond milk + a few drops stevia.
๐Ÿ”บHeat through until it starts to thicken up and add more milk as needed to you get desired consistency.
๐Ÿ”บServe in bowl and top with 1 Tbs of coyo coconut yoghurt ๐Ÿฅฅ
