Workout Wednesday
/"Bench workout"
If you donβt have access to a high step or bench you can always use a chair for the pushups/tricep dips and complete the abs on the floor with your hands by your side on the ground for the reverse curl π
After you warm up all major muscles, complete 4 rounds of the following exercises!ππ»ππ»ππ»
ππ» Squats x 40 (this can be progressed to a jump squat)
ππ» Incline pushup x 10
ππ» Tricep dips x 20
ππ» Criss cross abs x 20
ππ» Reverse curl x 10
Please make sure you stretch your legs, shoulders, chest and triceps after the workout! π
