If you don’t have access to a high step or bench you can always use a chair for the pushups/tricep dips and complete the abs on the floor with your hands by your side on the ground for the reverse curl πŸ˜€

After you warm up all major muscles, complete 4 rounds of the following exercises!πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»

πŸ‘ŠπŸ» Squats x 40 (this can be progressed to a jump squat)
πŸ‘ŠπŸ» Incline pushup x 10
πŸ‘ŠπŸ» Tricep dips x 20
πŸ‘ŠπŸ» Criss cross abs x 20
πŸ‘ŠπŸ» Reverse curl x 10

Please make sure you stretch your legs, shoulders, chest and triceps after the workout! πŸ˜˜
