Let’s begin πŸ’ͺ

πŸ”ΊDo a warm up of your choice for approx. 5 mins
πŸ”ΊPlace your drink bottle down in the park as marker 1
πŸ”ΊComplete 50 x walking lunges away from this point
πŸ”ΊPlace a towel down at this point as marker 2 (you could also lunge with weights if you have them and use as your 2nd marker)
πŸ”ΊSprint from marker 2 as fast as you can back to marker 1 and walk back to marker 2 to recover. Repeat the sprint/walk x 4
πŸ”ΊAfter 4 x sprints do 50 x walking lunges back to marker 1

Repeat all of the above 4 times 😈
